The role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Growth Hacker. This is a fairly junior role, which will involve:

• Growing our social media presence by creating and posting compelling content (short videos, stories, etc.) and interacting with our followers
• Finding and engaging influencers and affiliates, fostering this sales channel
• Writing and updating blogs following an annual marketing calendar
• Creating weekly newsletters
• Coordinating other promotional activities around key events in our calendar (Mother’s Day, Valentines, etc.)

Your background

We are looking for candidates who will bring creativity & passion for execution in equal measure. You will have:

• Skills required to create promotional materials (video, photo) and knowledge of editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Experience writing engaging content
• Experience in using tools for posting on social media such as Metricool
• An eye for what makes content attractive to purchase
• Knowledge of and aptitude to stay on top of trends in Social Media & SEO
• Native Spanish & fully professional knowledge of English
• Energy, strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Location: Either office-based in Palma de Mallorca or remote from anywhere in the world, but available to work at least partially in the CET timezone. 

Setup: Full employment contract if working in our office in Palma de Mallorca, or B2B / 'autonomo' basis if located remotely.

Hours: This is a full-time role, however, we do have a degree of flexibility regarding the hours you would work to suit your lifestyle.
