Voucher is non-transferable. The voucher can be only redeemed at the hotel and cannot be exchanged for value, cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

In case you are late for a treatment appointment, we will have to shorten the duration, but the full fee will apply.
