Hotel Treats wins "Best New Business Model" award at TIS, Seville
Hotel Treats was a proud participant of the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) in Seville in November 2022. The aim of the Tourism Innovation Summit is to help the tourism industry fully revive itself after COVID-19, create an inclusive tourism value proposition and focus on sustainability and digital innovations in the industry.
This year, more than 6000 attendees from 38 countries participated in the event, counting with some very important industry players such as Amadeus, Vueling, Accenture or Arival.
For Hotel Treats it was a truly pivotal event because we were nominated and won not one, but two TIS awards!
Hotel Treats received "The Best New Business Model" award at the TIS Awards 2022 which was held at the iconic Hotel Alfonso XIII in the centre of Seville and recognised initiatives and projects that are committed to innovation, digitalisation and sustainability in the tourism sector.
On the last day of the TIS fair, Hotel Treats CEO Kasia Pankowska was selected to participate in the Touristech Startup Fest.
Out of 400 applicants from the tourism industry, 40 startups were chosen as finalists to participate in the competition and Hotel Treats became a lucky winner once again.
Hotel Treats received a Smart City Office and La Fábrica de Sevilla Award, which includes: collaboration in the Sustainable Urbanism Lab Projects and support in the implementation of the project in Seville.
