Hotel Treats Gift Card can be redeemed against any experience listed on Hotel Treats (hoteltreats.com). Each one has a unique code visible in the top right corner of the voucher. The lucky recipient will be able to use it in 3 simple steps:
- They choose the experience they want to enjoy and add it to the shopping cart
- Then, they will be asked to insert Gift Card code in the section "Do you have a gift card or a discount code?"
- Once inserted, the value of the gift card will be discounted from the total amount
If the experience they choose costs less than the value of their Gift Card, the balance will remain for them to be used against another experience. If the experience they choose costs more than the value of their Gift Card, they will be asked to pay the balance.
*It is possible to apply only 1 gift card at check out.
Cancellation policy
The Hotel Treats Gift Card is non-refundable and non-cancelable.
The present document is considered a '"Multipurpose Voucher'" according to resolution 18094 of December 28, 2018, from the Directorate General of Taxes, regarding the treatment of vouchers in the Value Added Tax. (BOE) No. 315, Section I, Page 130959-130964. It can be used for the experience specified in this voucher or for any other of the same value.
